All the bedrooms are furnished with antique furniture, have chestnut parquet flooring and original oak beams. Bed linen and towels for use in the house are provided.

Bedroom 1 The master bedroom is nice and spacious, 18'x13'. It is furnished with traditional French antique furniture. The main items being a double bed, bedside cupboards, armoire, chest of drawers and a
chaise long.

Bedroom 2 This has a double bed, bedside cupboard, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 This has a double bed, bedside cupboard, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shower room with a good sized shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outside
The front of the house has a nice mature garden with lots of different trees and
shrubs, providing plenty of shade to sit under and relax.
The rear of the house has a shared 10x5 floodlit swimming pool, which has
roman steps for the ease of getting in and out and is alarmed to meet French
legislation. The large terraced area around the pool is equipped with sun
loungers.
You have your own area with garden furniture and barbeque. The grassland
stretches 230 metres to the river bank, large enough for all ball games to be
played.

Kitchen/Dining room: This is nicely equipped, containing a full sized electric oven, gas/electric hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the Napoleonic marble fireplace is a wood burning stove. The furniture is antique pine.

Entrance Hall: The double French doors bring you into this tiled light and spacious area containing a downstairs toilet and hand basin. The old wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
